1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech/MCA graduate from any recognized university
2. Ability to understand business process and requirements and seek the best alternative for applying them within the Application and Extension framework
3. Must have a good understanding of the software development process
4. Provide responsive and effective root cause resolutions and workarounds to support issues
5. Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting on complex application problems
6. Strong documentation skills
7. Ability to work in diversified teams
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language
9. 24X7 availability for on-call support
10. Knowledge of Java is good to have though not mandatory
