1. BE/BTech all stream candidates passing out in 2013.
2. Should be above 18 years & below 40 years of age
3. Should be comfortable working in night shifts i.e. 24x7x365 enviornment
4. Freshers are welcome
5. 1 year experience in any international BPO would be an added advantage
6. Relevant expereince of any industry would be taken into consideration

1. Responsible for giving Technical support to International customers over the Phone
2. Should be able to Meet minimum login hours. Meeting SLA on time
3. Keeping AHT under control
4. Attendance should be above 96% Should not take any unscheduled leave
5. Strong oral and written communication skills which includes (Fluency &
6. coherence, Grammatical ability, Pronunciation and Accent, Interactive
7. Communication, Lexical Resource)
8. Basic Desktop and computer knowledge
9. Understanding of ISP/Networking concepts Possess good organizational & time management skills
10. Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers
11. Exhibit strong teamwork
12. Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills
13. Attentive listener
14. Ability to use common courtesies
