Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Ensuring project team understands testing process and error documentation as well as to support the education of development teams in the use of automation tools and techniques applied to unit tests
3. Generating a test plan to ensure that test cases cover the entire scope of stories delivered by software development
4. Maintaining multiple test environments
5. Constructing automated integration and system test cases, which provide optimal coverage and promote re-use of software components
6. Conducting automated and manual acceptance, integration and system tests and tracking problems
7. Scripting of Test Cases and development of Keywords in Automation Test Tools
8. Diagnosing, isolating, and implementing remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code, using knowledge of system characteristics and utilizing software based system maintenance and tracking tools
9. Conducting automated and manual performance tests and tracking problems Key Areas of Responsibility Software Design and Construction
10. Participate in design reviews to ensure testability of software
11. Participate in software code inspections and reviews to ensure testability of software
12. Consult with developers to ensure the software is covered by automated Unit Tests Automated Testing Software Construction
13. Construct automated test software per requirements
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills
15. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
16. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
