4. Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
5. Willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)
6. Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)
7. Ready to work in either Technical & Non-Technical VOICE process
8. Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
9. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
10. Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone (Inbound, No Sales)

Noida/Delhi/NCR Location:

Eligibility & Job Description:

1. Opening in Inbound Technical Support for Voice Process (Associate Level ONLY)
2. Excellent Spoken English skill is a must (Domestic Voice Opening)
3. Ability to analyze and solve Technical issues of customers over the phone (Inbound, No Sales)
4. Knowledge of basic computing, excellent fluency in English language
5. Should be ready to work in Night Shifts as per business requirement
6. Home Pick-Up & Drop facility provided by the Company with Security Guard to all employees (As per Company Policy)

Chennai Location:

Eligibility & Job Description:

1. Excellent knowledge of either Finance & Accounts or Investment Banking
