2. Should be comfortable to relocate anywhere in Karnataka.
3. Should be well versed with the local language (kannada).
4. Should be 2012 or 2013 pass out
5. Sales & Marketing - improving market penetration, networking with farmers and related parties
6. Improvising brand visibility and customer reach
7. Conducting promotional activities to generate enquiries
8. Taking ownership to convert hot enquiries to sales
9. Dealer Management and working hand in hand with the DPS (Dealer Sales Personal).
