Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/ME/MTech graduate from any recognized university 
2. The candidate will be providing Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.        
3. This role will be related to remote Infrastructure support delivery with perform problem cause analysis and resolve the problem
4. The candidate should be ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements      
5. Candidates should have technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.           
6. Work will as on able to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurements.   

Required Skills:

1. Knowledge of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting       
2. Knowledge of Browser Support - Internet Explorer 
3. Working knowledge in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
4. Good understanding and problem solving skill
5. Willing to work any role and rotational shift
6. Good communication skill both verbal and written
