Job Role: Junior Associate

Job Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA Graduates

Experience: Fresher

Package: INR 2,30,000 PA

Job Details:

1. Initially 6 months stipend would be 10,000 INR.
2. On the successful completion of training of 6 months, salary would be 16,500 INR per month for a year.
3. Yearly incentive 25000 INR
4. Candidates should be willing to provide 2 years commitment to the company
5. The fresher joining Daffodil will have to enter into a service agreement for a period of two Years
6. They cannot leave Daffodil during this period
7. They need to submit a cheque of Rs. 1.5 Lakh with us; this cheque will be returned after the completion of their 2 years with Daffodil
8. The students will be on probation period for 6 months from the date of their joining.
9. The new joinee will be initially designated as Junior Associate -  IT
10. The candidates will be having 5 Days a week
