1. The candidate should be any 10+2+3/Diploma/MCA/MBA/Any Graduates (Except BTech) from recognized university
2. Should providing voice support to IBM internal end users and external commercial account end users across North America, EMEA and AP
3. The job requires an Agency to handle inbound calls, emails and chats regarding technical issues for end users

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting 
2. Strong computer skills required  
3. Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN 
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Excellent customer service orientation 
6. Should have Neutral accent
