  1. The candidate should be any graduate from any recognized university 
  2. Role will understand the key drivers of customer satisfaction and research findings to deliver service excellence on an ongoing basis.
  3. Should be establish, lead and take part in work packages projects and programs as part of Customer Dissatisfaction/New Wave projects/Improvement initiatives.
  4. Work across Global Services and BT
  5. Review Best Practice within service centers and service culture though industry learning and personal development.
  6. Role may be accountable for Customer Service key metrics in order to control quality and productivity targets in CS
  7. Monitor, analyse and report performance against defined targets in scorecard criteria, co-ordinate customer service satisfaction surveys for CS
  8. Lead and champion benchmarking, knowledge management. Creativity and innovation within CS
  9. Should be manage ISO9001 compliance and registration if required
