Job Descriptions:

1. The candidates should be BE/BTech/MCA Graduate from recognized university with 60% academic record
2. Implementation of Six sigma projects
3. Identify avenue for value ads and present value add summary
4. Handling technical issues related to domains Network/Server/Storage/Cloudon Cisco, Microsoft SCCM, Citrix, Net App, and Lotus 
5. Domino, AIX, AS 400, Unified Communication, Solaris, MS Exchange and Active Directory depending upon your respective domain
6. Ensuring Data center uptime according to SLAs
7. Implementing new technologies and Design changes
8. Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
9. Responsible for building and maintaining Test environment
10. Update the knowledge base
11. Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
12. Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings as required
13. Participate in monthly QA audits
