Job Descriptions:

1. The candidate should be any bachelor’s degree from recognized university
2. Under general supervision, conducts logical analysis of complex customer issues and management information requirements associated with a specific suite of products.
3. Role will be researches and validates application, back-end or technical issues to aid customers in understanding product functionality and outputs.
4. Should develops thorough understanding of the suite user interface in order to investigate customer queries and issues
5. Works collaboratively in a team environment with account managers, implementation and development resources to meet customer expectations regarding the resolution of maintenance issues / service requests
6. The candidates should be responsible for successful completion of training provided by the company on the designated product suite of support
7. Demonstrates ability to perform all position related tasks and master position requirements in order to earn advancement
8. Required to consistently meets established KPI targets tied to yearly DPM objectives

Required Skills:

1. Good knowledge in Extjs, JavaScript, VB, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, C, C++, Java
2. Knowledge in MSSQL Server 2005/2008, Oracle, MY SQL, MS Access
3. Knowledge of UNIX, Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7
4. Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
5. Good communication skill both verbal and written
6. Good trouble shooting knowledge
