Job Description:

1. The candidates should be any BE/BTech/MCA/BSc/BCA graduate from recognized university with good academic record
2. The candidate should resolving the issues of our enterprise customers quickly and effectively
3. This role will be provide high-level technical support and maintenance and maintain close working relationships with our customers' top developers and architects
4. Should perform troubleshooting and debugging, and assist our frontline support engineers with the most complex and challenging issues
5. Role should be analyze upstream development against current customer reported defects and develop patches to resolve the issues
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems within core Record customer interactions including investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues
7. Demonstrate considerable judgment in selecting methods and techniques
8. Manage workload to ensure all customer issues are handled and resolved in a timely manner
9. Should assist in the development of comprehensive and reusable self-service solutions for future incidents

Required Skills:

1. Knowledge of Linux development tools including C, C++, and Java (Hadoop)
2. Ability to read and understand programming code
3. Ability to follow documented processes, including KCS and SBR
4. Good understanding of open source, GPL, Bugzilla, and upstream development
5. Ability to work closely with others, and share your opinions and ideas in a respectful manner
6. Capability to remain courteous and professional at all times
7. Ability to disseminate knowledge to junior members of the team
8. Proactive and passionate about your work
