Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/MTech/MSc/BCA/MCA graduate from recognized university
2. Role will be Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs
3. Should assists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user
4. Gathers information from the system, analyzes program and time requirements, and prepares documentation to change existing programs
5. Researches and analyzes existing systems and program requirements, under periodic supervision. 
6. Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs
7. Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity
8. Should assists in resolving production support problems 
9. Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems and Identifies issues as appropriate
10. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation
11. Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews
12. Remains abreast of and researches industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards

Required Skills:

1. Should have basic programming skills 
2. Good personal computer and business solutions software skills 
3. Analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs 
4. Interpersonal skills to interact with team members 
5. Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients 
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
