About Central Council for Research in Siddha:

           The CCRS is the Apex body in India for formulation, co-ordination, development and promotion of research in Siddha. The Council carries out its activities and function through its network of 5 Institutes/Units located in Chennai, Puducherry, Thiruvananthapuram, Palayamkottai and Mettur dam. There is also an attractive performance based time-bound In-situ promotion scheme and special allowance for “Group - A” Medical Doctors and Non-Medical Scientists of this Council.

1. The application forms can be downloaded from the website www.siddharesearchcouncil.org Candidates desiring to receive the application form by post are requested to send their requisition along with sufficiently stamped self-addressed envelope. 
2. The application along with self-attested copies of educational qualifications, experience, age, community certificate etc. should be enclosed along with the application with two recent passport size photographs; one recent passport size photograph has to be affixed in the first page of the application on the space provided
3. And a demand draft which has to be drawn in favors of Central Council for Research In Siddha, payable at Chennai should be enclosed. Original certificates have to be produced at the time of written test/Interview. Self-attested copies of testimonials and certificates should be produced by the physically Handicapped candidates who are exempted from the application fee.
4. The candidates should mention “Application for the post of ____________” in bold letters on the right side top of the envelope
