Job Description:

1. The candidate should be any graduate from recognized university.
2. Candidate should provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution and technical troubleshooting to customer queries over the voice based phone service.
3. Work as on Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
4. Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology vertical.
5. Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.     
6. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
7. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
8. Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.

Required Skills:

1. Good communication skill both verbal and written
2. Ability to work independently
3. Should have good knowledge in computer
4. Ability to work under pressure
