Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech/BSc/BCA/MCA graduate from any recognized university
2. Candidate should have completed minimum of 15 years of formal education.
3. Candidates shouldn't have any backlog at the time of IBM process.
4. Candidate should have good communication skills.
5. Candidate should have good knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts.
6. Providing Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP
7. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users
8. Remote Infrastructure support delivery
9. Perform problem cause analysis
10. Resolve routine customer problem
11. Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements
12. Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis
13. Ability to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurements
