1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and a strong foundation in algorithms is a must
3. Expert knowledge of Java and C++ is required
4. Knowledge of Perl would be an added advantage
5. Should be comfortable with working on Unix/Linux based operating systems
6. Proficiency with development of with Ajax frameworks such as Dojo, JQuery is required
7. Previous record of having worked on high performing solutions is a big plus
8. Passion for building scalable, global, complex systems to solve problems with proven ability to deliver high quality software
9. Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
10. Previous record of scalable code, efficient algorithms and effective design
11. Ability of Out of Box thinking by developing innovative solutions
