Job Description:

1. The candidate should be any stream in Diploma/UG from recognized university 
2. Work will as on visit customer place and attend the call and Attend escalated calls on priority basis
3. Diagnose the problem and rectify the defect in the unit/product
4. Adhere accel/vendor policies & guidelines while attending the call and meet the SLA
5. Should respond/complete minimum 4 calls per day
6. Settle the defective/unused good parts to CCO

Requirements Skills:

1. Should have good technical knowledge in hardware products of Printers, scanners, desktop, laptops
2. The candidate must have two-wheeler for willing to travel intensively
3. Good interpersonal skills
