1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA graduate from any recognized university
2. Should assist in the development of new tools to enhance the software offering
3. The candidate should work in a global project team environment with team members located around the world
4. Should respond to inquiries from the team involved in the project and technical support regarding functions and operations of project from clients
5. Should review and contribute to software program documentation
6. Should establish the standards for program design and testing, then recommends the program improvements or revisions

Required skills:

1. Should have excellent communication skills
2. Good analytical and troubleshooting knowledge
3. Working knowledge in SQL Server 2005, Microsoft Access, HTML, Microsoft VB or VB.NET
