1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/Arts & Science Graduates graduate from any recognized university
2. Review reported content from our users regarding objectionable content on the site
3. Partner with local teams to identify user problems at scale and provide insights to improve efficiency and user experience
4. Identify trends regarding improvements in the tools and techniques to help scale the team
5. BA/BE or an equivalent graduate degree
6. Self-starter individual, with an ability to work with minimum guidance and execute well in time sensitive work
7. Ability to work collaboratively in teams in a constantly changing environment
8. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
9. Good communication skills, both written and verbal
10. Prior experience working as a contractor is preferred
