1. The candidate should be Mechanical graduate from any recognized university
2. Support Reciprocating Compressor Development and Project Management Process
3. Support Design Calculations and Engineering Change Management
4. Specialization in Thermal, Heat and Mass Transfer, HVAC and RAC will be added advantage.
5. Knowledge of Analysis software (Ansys, CFD) will be added advantage
6. Candidate should have good communication
7. Support all R & D activities
8. Learn Reciprocating Technology & Project Management
9. Support to Engineering Change Management
10. Support to Project Execution
