1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/MBA graduate from any recognized university
2. Technical knowledge of JAVA /Advance JAVA (J2EE) / .NET / Android /database
3. Good communication skills with convincing personality
4. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
5. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, management
6. Strong communication skills, time management & organization
7. Creative and hard-working individual with the intent to take the initiative to deliver results
8. Creating technical specifications and test plans
9. Working with computer coding languages
10. Working closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, designers, developers, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals
11. Consulting clients concerning the development of software systems and knowledge transfer sessions
12. Continually updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications
