Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Provide technical assistance to customers on Citrix products via phone, email and/or remote access
3. Perform advanced problem analysis and isolate problems of a complex level of difficulty
4. Reproduce customer issues in house
5. Obtain RHCT certification within 1 year of service
6. Obtain CCA certification within 3 months
7. Publish articles in our in-house knowledgebase
8. Able to learn a wide variety of technologies at a rapid pace
9. Must possess good problem solving and analytical skills
10. Ability to diagnoses technical problems; research and identify appropriate solutions
11. Ability to identify major concerns from the field and relay those concerns to management in an appropriate manner
12. Can do attitude with a strong will to lead by example
13. Ability to follow directions and be self motivated

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum 60% aggregate in B.E./B.Tech only
2. No criteria for 10th and 12th and no active backlogs
3. Please note that Candidate, who is having 59.99% or less in BE/Bech, is not eligible

Selection Process:

1. Online Test consists of Aptitude, Logic, verbal ability and Technical knowledge (Networking and Windows).
