1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Analyze product flow and identify ways to improve the services
3. Build and grow client relationships with existing clients
4. Market analysis and product development & implementation
5. Manage Customer requirements, provide feasibility, efforts and prepare design docs
6. Manage and guide team to develop and implement solutions

Required Skills:

1. Good logical and problem solving ability
2. Should be a self-driven independent player
3. Ability to handle high pressure deadlines
4. Very good experience in working with MS Office products
5. Good in SQL and .Net platforms would be added advantage
