1. The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Basic knowledge in JavaScript, CSS and HTML
3. Basic to solid scripting abilities; Perl, Python, and/or PHP
4. Basic understanding of internet architecture and database structures
5. Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems
6. Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies
7. Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
8. Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
9. Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
10. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
11. Experience presenting in front of groups
12. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
