Job Descriptions:

1. The candidates only should be BE/BTech/BCA/BSc/BBA/BA/MCA/MBA/MSc/Any graduate from any recognized 
2. Role should be develops, maintains and updates accounting records for client assets
3. May be assists in preparing financial statements, client reporting information, consultant reports
4. Required to prepares monthly/quarterly distribution notices to clients and calculate advisory fees
5. Should involve in the general accounting function concerning the accuracy and maintenance of the ledger accounts
6. Need to reconciles client working capital and tax and insurance escrow accounts monthly
7. Assist the Senior Associates in other duties as assigned
8. Should be coordinates deliverables from PMCs and banking institutions including filing documents

Required Skills:

1. Good subject knowledge in Accounting and Financial Reporting is a plus
2. Real Estate background and reporting experience is appreciated
3. Energetic and motivated team player with quick learning capabilities
4. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
5. A demonstrated reputation for excellence and achievement
6. Using Microsoft Office products, including good Excel skills is preferred
