1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/BCA /BBA/BSc/BA/Any graduates from any recognized university 
2. Role will be resolve Service Request Tasks and Incident Tickets Basic and Advanced Troubleshooting
3. Should be answer Customer Service Calls and resolve issues reported by Self-service tool follow up with End Users when required by email and outbound calls
4. Provide Training to End Users Create and Publish KB Articles Map HD Process

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in customer Service/Technical troubleshooting 
2. Basic Operating System knowledge of Win XP/Vista/7
3. Basic Networking knowledge
4. Basic knowledge of Email clients
5. Good problem Resolution Skills
6. Good customer Service Oriented
7. Good Communications Skills
8. BPO background will be an additional advantage
