Job Descriptions:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA graduate from any recognized university with good academic record
2. The candidate should providing Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP. 
3. The job will require you to handle inbound calls/emails/chats regarding technical issues for end users
4. Role will be remote Infrastructure support delivery

Required Skills:

1. Identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
2. User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes
3. Good knowledge in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems
4. Basic knowledge of networking concepts and technologies
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Good analytical and problem solving skill
