Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BTech/MTech/MSc/MCA graduate from recognized university
2. Role will be ensure renewal of existing AMC and generate sales leads for Add-on Business 
3. Respond to all customer queries and deliverables and ensure overall NPS
4. Develop the ability to setup the entire system in case of any major breakdowns
5. Supervise a team of sub-contractors to get the day to day activities done
6. Setting up a helpdesk which will address to daily client service requests 
7. Preparing reports for each frequency like daily, weekly, monthly and liaisons with the client in order to submit these reports 

Required Skills:

1. Servicing of Complex BMS/IBMS/Security Systems/Safety Systems
2. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance
3. Handling the contractors & manpower on site
4. Attending day to day service Request
5. Ensure compliance on Service Lease Agreement (SLA)
6. Knowledge of HVAC/BMS/IBMS/FAS/Access Systems/CCTV
