Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/MSc/MCA/MBA Graduates from any recognized university with good academic record
2. The candidate should be work independently to appropriately prioritize assigned workload and backlog; escalate issues to next level that require code interpretation to resolve.
3. Role will be analyze logs and relevant data to troubleshoot and recreate customer issues on approved test systems
4. Should be assisting junior team members by reviewing their knowledgebase content submission
5. Should be assist customers by encouraging the use of self-support tools provided by CA by explaining and demonstrating functionality and benefits to customers
6. Role will be providing technical assistance to team-members by coordinating ownership of support issue escalations for the product or product line.
7. Provide coaching and mentoring to less-experienced team-members to assist with progressing issues, troubleshooting and recreating customer issues
8. Need to increase the awareness of new policies, technology and applications by conveying news of updates and changes to the team
9. Improve product quality by identifying and documenting predominant customer issues which require assessment by the Support Planning Team
10. Understand the Product Lifecycle and future direction for the supported products or product line

Required Skills:

1. Good operating system knowledge of UNIX, Windows, Solaris
2. Strong knowledge in core Java, LDAP, PLSQL preferred
3. Strong understanding of network infrastructure concepts 
4. Experience with XML and web services technologies
5. Knowledge on WWSI, SMWalker and Cryptographic standards
6. Working knowledge of JMS, FTP, LDAP, and Relationship Database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, IBM DB2
7. Experience with Content Management System and Application 
8. Experience with SiteMinder Installation, Implementation, and troubleshooting
9. Ability to work both independently and as a team on tasks
10. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines and perform under pressure
11. Maintain a high level of integrity, quality work standards and service excellence
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial high-tech environment expected
