1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA graduate from any recognized university with good academic record
2. The candidate should providing Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP
3. The job will require you to handle inbound calls/emails/chats regarding technical issues for end users
4. Role will be remote Infrastructure support delivery

Required Skills:

1. Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting
2. Good analytical and problem solving skill
3. Knowledge of browser Support - Internet Explorer
4. Strong computer skills required 
5. Knowledge of proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills
7. Excellent customer service orientation
