Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/BBA/MBA/BSc/MSc/BCA/MCA/BCom /MCom graduate from recognized university. 
2. The Community Operations team maintains people’s safety by identifying and resolving abuse of our Terms of Use, building trust in the Facebook experience
3. The focus is on building people’s engagement on Facebook by developing scaled solutions for their issues, analyzing how they interact with various features of Facebook and each other, and delivering qualitative and quantitative insights into usage behavior to the rest of the company
4. You will serve as the voice of people on Facebook, working directly with product, engineering, global policy and other partners responsible for solving these challenges, playing an integral role in improving the overall experience on Facebook 

Required Skills:

1. Discover and respond to reported abuse on the site, enforcing our Terms of Use
2. Identify scalable ways of preventing abuse on the site through changes to Facebook features
3. Maintain people’s safety on the site by prioritizing and swiftly acting on sensitive issues
4. Identify opportunities for self-resolution of issues through education and sophisticated tools
5. Develop scaled solutions that address work flow/operational inefficiencies and product deficiencies
6. Develop market expertise to customize the experience for people from different geographies
7. Gather insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis of people’s interactions with Facebook
8. Communicate insights to product, engineering, and other partners within the company
9. Deliver solutions for key experience issues through effective problem solving and project management
