1. The candidate should be any bachelor’s degree from recognized university
2. The role will be support all business areas of Target with critical data analysis that helps team members make profitable decisions. Become a forecast expert, business analyst or team lead and utilize tools like decision trees, clustering, regression, time series, structural equation modeling, linear programming, and genetic algorithms, SAS, SQL, VBA and OLAP

Required Skills:

1. Able to understand the business requirements

3. Translates client's business requirements for development
4. Applies best methods in order to gather data and present information
5. Represent data in required visual representation
6. Create mock-ups of reports and solicit feedback
7. Builds reporting solutions to meet business needs
8. Gather required data to build reports
9. Involved in iterative build process by frequently reviewing design and build with business partners
10. Performs UAT and performance testing with the appropriate business and technical partners
11. Communicates with project/team manager to share knowledge and findings
12. Documents design and requirements for reporting solutions
