3. Good knowledge in operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting
4. Knowledge of browser Support - Internet Explorer
5. Working knowledge in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
6. Excellent customer service orientation
