Job Description:

1. The candidates should be BE/BTech/BCA/MCA graduate from recognized university
2. Role will be to develop and maintain the development tools used across the development community to enable a consistent approach to our SDLC
3. The role will be involve enhancements and from time to time small new development opportunities, the role predominately is to provide assistance, guidance and generally enable other development groups to get their job done as efficiently as possible while ensuring adherence to software development governance
4. Maintain and establish software standards to be used and enforced globally across the enterprise
5. Develop and maintain core libraries which form the bedrock for all the firm's software development platforms
6. Provide support and guidance to other developers across all development groups
7. Support, maintain and provide governance over all of the developer tools (SCCS, build, issue tracking

Required Skills:

1. Good knowledge in Source Code Management, preferable using Subversion
2. Good working knowledge in Javascript, AJAX, DHTML, CSS, JBoss, XML / XSLT, SOAP and Web Services, C++/C#
