1. The candidates should be BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/BSc graduate from recognized university
2. The candidate should perform complex product design, systems analysis and engineering activities on applications software:
3. Leads product design meetings and code 
4. Prepares and approves technical documentation of product sub-systems
5. Performs complex bug correction and testing for assigned products
6. Researches complex issues and develops solutions to the problems
7. Conducts unit testing and integration testing with high quality deliverables
8. Develops and implements process improvement
9. Acts as a technical mentor to other team members
