Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BCom/BA or equivalent qualification from any recognized university
2. The candidate should assist Proposal Developers and Contract Analysts with the development and preparation of proposal and contract deliverables, to support the Global sales team
3. Should provide support to Proposal Developers and Contract Analysts in the development of budgets using the correct version of Quintiles Pricing tool and the relevant budget specification form provided by the Proposal Developer or Contract Analyst
4. Work will as analyst in the development and preparation of low complexity contracts documents, including incorporation of low complexity contract text changes from reviewers
5. This role including updating CRM milestones and completing contract signoff packages
6. Incorporation of prior approved budget changes from operational reviewers
7. The candidates should perform quality control checks on all personal deliverables and all other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word
2. Good communication skill both verbal and written
3. Understanding knowledge of GBO processes and guidelines
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and manager
