1. The candidate should be BCom/BCA/BSc/BBA/BHM graduate from any recognized university
2. Responsible for giving customer support on telephone
3. TSO- US Process- ISP based technical troubleshooting.
4. CSE- US and UK process- Collections and customer service

Required Skills:

1. Should have excellent communication skills
2. Strong command of English language, to communicate with clients (Written and Verbal skills)
3. Undergraduates with 6 months international BPO experienced are also welcome
4. Should be comfortable working in night shifts
