1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA graduate from any recognized university
2. The candidate will be identify and document common recovery procedures for service impacting incidents.
3. The candidate will work as develop, communicate and drive Service Improvement Plans to maintain an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on rapid growth, world class quality, and cost efficacy.
4. Should develop maintain, and enhance test studies
5. Should run quality tools on the software, analyze the reports generated by the tools
