Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Work will as on creating setup like product Number, BOM Structure etc in AGILE & BAAN for new Products
3. Knowledge of creating AVL and part numbers for BOM in agile & Baan system
4. May downloading customer documents like product specifications etc & releasing same in CDC
5. The candidate will work as a Change Analysts during NPI for new changes and release Part list to production for new models & after implementation of ECO's
6. Managing knowledge of ECOs for manufacturing sites across the globe
7. This role may use Agile (PLM) system for ECO (Engineering Change Order) creation, reviewing, routing, tracking, releasing and distribution
8. Work closely with Engineering and materials teams to review product updates / modifications
9. The candidate should be respond to Business Partner (requestor) and customer on queries relating to Engineering Change Orders
10. Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics and timely generation and circulation of reports / dashboards.
11. Candidate should mentor the team and guide them towards effective discharge of functions.
12. Will be train new and existing team members on an ongoing basis on relevant tools or topics.
13. This role performs root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues.
14. The candidate would be required to identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement processes
15. And prepare Customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes.
