- Excellent Spoken English skills is a must
- Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)
- Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)
- Ready to work in either Technical & Non-Technical VOICE process
- Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone (Inbound, No Sales)
