1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Basic principles of security rules implementation
3. Basic knowledge of security best practices
4. Knowledge of networking TCP/IP
5. Optimal requirements: Knowledge of rule configuration on at least one of the firewall platforms
6. Checkpoint – knowledge of the GUI (Smart Dashboard)
7. Cisco – knowledge of the CLI rule configuration
8. Netscreen – knowledge of the CLI rule configuration
9. Good to have skills -One of the following certification JNCIA, CCNA
