1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Deep knowledge of Java - Struts, Spring, JSP
3. Solid grasp on modern web application design using Javascript, HTML, CSS
4. Ability to write complex SQL
5. Understanding of good RDBMS design
6. Experience optimizing queries
7. Innovative thinker who is positive, passionate, proactive and readily embraces change
8. Create and own modules in the technology stack
9. Work closely with product management, designers and other teams
10. Conduct design and code reviews
11. Flexibility to play different roles ( web developer, architect, QA etc.) if required
