Job Description:

• Evaluate the impact of training provided
• Monitor, measure and report performance improvement for trainees
• Assess training groups and customize the training accordingly
• Design training courses and programs necessary to meet new/existing training needs
• Design training delivery necessary to meet new/existing training needs
• Ensure that all training activities and materials used to conduct training meet quality standards
• Support training sessions.
