4. Provides analytical and statistical support to draw insightful solutions for client needs and to expand the depth of AON Hewitt offerings
5. Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training, education and coaching
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

Required skills:

1. Basic understanding of any multi variant analytical tool like excel or spss or vba
2. Good knowledge and experience on basics of statistics
3. Should have an analytical bent
4. Willing to work on shifts
