Job Description:

1. Leverage analytical skills to identify shortage trends, define root causes, propose solutions, and measure impact.
2. Work on ad-hoc projects under the guidance of the Team Leader
3. Collate data from various sources such as websites, custom databases/ files to identify trends.
4. Build tools and reports to perform and summarize analysis, identify new opportunities and monitor progress.
5. Utilizes various end user applications to research and analyze inventory results.
6. Plays a proactive role by developing leading indicators for shortage.
7. Communicates Loss Prevention issues and recommendations to Assets Protection Leadership.
8. Team Process Improvement - Works with various internal partners to improve effectiveness and efficiency of processes.
9. Responsible for creating and delivering weekly and monthly reports.
10. Special Projects - Takes on special projects assigned by the Team Leader as appropriate.

Required Skills:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Strong skill set in the areas of proactive problem solving, intuitive reasoning, decision making and organizational skills
3. High attention to detail
4. Ability to work and contribute in a team environment
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
6. Ability to manage time independently and meet deadlines
