Qualification:
  1. Diploma - (Electronics /Electrical / Instrumentation /Mechanical )
  2. BE - (Electronics /Electrical / Instrumentation /Mechanical )

Job Description:
  1. Servicing of Complex BMS/ IBMS / Security Systems/ Safety Systems .
  2. To carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance,
  3. To handle the contractors & manpower on site.
  4. Attending day to day service request.
  5. Ensure 100% compliance on Service Lease Agreement (SLA).
  6. Monitor Operator daily duties.
  7. Submitting offers for add on jobs.
  8. Follow the internal Audit process.
  9. 100% achieving order booking targets.
  10. Achieve Month on Month revenue plan.
  11. Maintain Days Service Outstanding (DOS) less then 60 days by achieving month on month Collection targets.
  12. Coordination with Zonal office for planning and material procurement.
  13. Converting warrantee jobs to maintenance contract, renewing existing annual maintenance contracts (AMC). 
  14. Building customer satisfaction through quality and service.

Required Skills:
  1. Honeywell Software, EBI
  2. Essential Skills / Aptitude
  3. Client Servicing , Troubleshooting / Analytical skills, Supervisory Skills
  4. Prior experience of servicing and maintenance of HVAC / BMS / IBMS / FAS / Access Systems / CCTV
  5. MS Office
