Job Descriptions:

1. The candidates should be BE/BTech/MSc/MTech/MCA graduate from recognized university
2. Should be need to act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all IT Customers and to maximize service availability, to restore service whenever possible
3. To provide desk-side services, desktop management and device lifecycle management and provide business systems support
4. Should be maintain Hosted client services for extended application and client access
5. Should be creating Portable user profiles to enable agility
6. Stateless device deployment to ease support and replacement
7. Creation of a detailed products catalogue containing all possible devices in a company to add/remove/update products at any time
8. Role will be optimization of existing desktops and provide the foundation services for emerging desktop virtualization technologies.
9. Role will be creation of content for Self-Service Portal Solutions and L0 support

Required Skills:

1. Good communication skill both verbal and written
2. Ability to work in a pressurized environment and able to deliver against a tight timescale
3. Should be act independently and be self-motivated
4. Excellent Problem Solving and Customer Service Skills
