Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/MTech/MCA/MSc graduate from recognized university
2. Should be able to independently develop software of average technical complexity
3. Role will be responsible for timely delivery as agreed within the project without compromising on product quality 
4. The candidates required to provide bottom up estimates for the assigned parts of work 
5. Should interacts well with peers and communicates in a clear and concise manner both verbally and written on his/her work
6. Should be actively participate and contribute to analysis, design, planning, processes, Raise issues where needed and create sensitivity towards timely resolution of problems
7. Adopt agile development methodologies and test driven development practices

Required Skills:

1. Should have very good problem solving, analytical, design and coding skills
2. Should be strong in object oriented analysis and design with good work experience in C/ C++ or Java or AJAX technologies 
3. Knowledge of XML and web services is mandatory
4. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and software estimation is a must
5. Knowledge in Service Oriented Architecture, W3C standards, Object Orientation 
6. Programming and Scripting Languages of Java, JavaScript, (D)HTML, SQL
