Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BCom/BE/BTech/Any graduates from any recognized university with good academic record
2. Good sound understanding of the Standard Operating Procedure
3. Role will be analyze cases and apply resolutions methods as per SOP guidelines
4. Should manage case inventory & ageing as per pending guidelines
5. Role will be referring and transfer complex issues/inquiries to Subject matter expert & Team Leader.
6. Need to enhance customer experience by meeting customer impact accuracy levels and reducing case resolution turnaround time
7. Ensure processing discipline by meeting non customer impact accuracy levels and respond to escalations with a sense of urgency
8. Required to take active participation in PMR, Q-board, and team huddle and also identify areas for process improvement
9. Required to complete the assigned trainings in time
